From the small existing hotel rooms in the gardener's and coachman's houses, a total of 16 apartments ranging from 60 to 120 m² are being created. Additionally, 12 more apartments are being built on the estate itself. In the 9 new small apartment buildings, each will house 2 apartments for 2 people each (approximately 50 apartments in total).

On the ground floor of the estate, you'll find the reception area including the front desk, as well as the dining hall and the bar. Guests can enjoy a comprehensive pampering program.

In the park, there is a year-round heated swimming pool, barrel saunas, and barrel baths. Physical well-being is enhanced by full-body and partial massages, as well as professional beauty and cosmetic treatments.
